The HomePod mini and AirPods Max Brand Experience

Two new Apple products have taken the music listening experience by a storm: HomePod mini and AirPods Max. These devices feature room- and ear-filling sounds, and are the latest technology in the Apple product lineup.

Doing what they do best, our production and design teams used our laser and direct printing process to create brand experiences for the devices.

HomePod mini is the latest smart speaker that packs a punch with its unique design and powerful sound. The device can be personalized on the display top using direct color print on clear StealthArmor, a fitted protective film that offers a semi-permanent branding solution.

We use laser etch for permanent branding of artwork or your company logo directly on the aluminum cups on the over-ear headphones. For gifting, we offer a custom device sleeve that fits snugly over the original device box, personalized insert cards and custom gift wrap.

Tablets That Bring Hope to Teens

“…He wasn’t thinking about gaming or social media. He was just relieved to know that he would no longer have to struggle to find a way to complete his online school work.”

This testimonial came from the director of child life services for Hurley Children’s Hospital in Michigan after gifting a personalized Apple iPad to an in-patient teen through the Toys for Hospitalized Children’s Tablet for Teens program.

In addition to the tablet itself, the teen was also gifted with a subscription to Hulu, which he can watch movies on his iPad to keep him entertained while in the hospital. He was thrilled to be able to easily access his school work and stay connected with friends.

This year, Toys for Hospitalized Children is prepared to give several iPads to teens at Hurley Children’s Hospital. Home and lock screens are customized on each tablet with the organization’s eye-catching logo.

“We began the Tablets for Teens program last year and saw first-hand how much the teens’ moods and spirits were lifted through the gifts we brought,” said JJ Hecht, president at Toys for Hospitalized Children. “The teenage demographic can often be overlooked when it comes to visits and presents in the hospital. Because of this, we are inspired to give more and this year, we customize the tablets to make them more personal.”

Toys for Hospitalized Children has partnered with more than 70 hospitals throughout the country to bring happiness and healing to children suffering from illness. Through their Tablet for Teens program, the Flint, Mich.,-based nonprofit organization helps teenagers “cope through scary, painful or stressful experiences” through gifts that keep them entertained and connected.

Hosting a Virtual Event? Here’s How to Impress Your Attendees

Organizations are shifting from in-person to virtual events and conferences to bring like-minded people and industry peers together. Because of the many benefits of virtual (or online) events, they are proving themselves to be a popular and effective tool for businesses in the future.

Not having valuable face-to-face interactions doesn’t mean you can’t still make an impression on your audience. In fact, it’s actually more important to provide value to your event attendees when your event goes from in-person to digital.

A meaningful, physical gift can make an impression and help your online event stand out from others. With the rise of remote and work-from-home individuals, high-tech gifts like wireless earbuds, or portable chargers and speakers are desirable as well as practical.

1. Make your gift memorable and personal. Instead of giving a product that looks like all others, make it unique with customization. Add your company logo, the event name, or even a catchy design.

2. Create a unique unboxing experience with a properly kitted package and a personal note. This can be the difference between a box that is put aside and a memorable gift.

3. And finally, have your gift arrive before the event to create excitement. That surprise-and-delight moment can build anticipation for your event and engage your audience in an ultra meaningful way.

When you need a complete gifting solution, let FUSION OF IDEAS be your one-stop shop. We can support you with everything from customizing your gift to packaging and delivering to your recipient’s doorsteps.

Creating the Best In-Home Work Experience for Your Employees

Recent events have forced companies to instruct individuals to work remotely. Remote working is not a new concept and technologies like video conferencing, texting and file-sharing have thankfully made working from home easier.

Here are some other ways that organizations can help employees create the best in-home work experience:

Let them be hands-free

A good pair of earbuds will allow you to talk hands-free while on the phone or on a video conference call. Noise-canceling earbuds like Apple AirPods Pro are particularly great for those who live on a noisy street or anticipate lots of background noise while working.

Equip them with the power they need to stay connected

With laptops, phones, tablets and other devices in use all day, something is always in need of charging. Rather than having several chargers, which may end up in a mash of wiring, help your employees stay powered and connected all day with a wireless charging system like OtterBox OtterSpot. The stackable charger is capable of charging multiple devices at once and it’s wire-free, which also means clutter-free.

Remind them they are valued

Working from home comes with many distractions. Remind your employees that they are a part of something important. Many of the technology they use on a daily basis can be customized with your company logo. A branded product also serves as a great gift to show your appreciation and your employee’s value during this difficult time.
