We offer complimentary digital renderings with your requested artwork. For all digital renderings, our designers will use vector artwork on your website. If you have a specific logo or graphic for us to use, please include it with your initial request. Digital renderings will be turned around within 24-48 hours.
We do not require any set-up fees or MOQs for featured or popular devices. For new technology in the marketplace and certain devices/accessories, fees and minimum quantities may apply. Your business manager will make sure you know about any additional fees prior to the start of a project. Taxes and shipping are charged separately.
Yes. We offer volume breaks starting at 500 units.
Production begins after all designs are approved and we have received the devices at our facility.
Upon receipt of all devices, our general production times are 3-5 business days (less than 100 units) and 5-7 business days (100-499 units).For orders larger than 500 units, your business manager will work with you to determine how we can best meet your timeline.
